So... today I will personally write the blog's member's names down and throw them in a bag... Whichever's name I pull out of that bag, will get this:

The reasons I was so certain were that, first, I was standing in a bright shaft of sunlight…and second, I was looking at my Grandma Marie… ~Bella
"Bella!"
…I didn't have to look to know who it was; this was a voice I would know anywhere–know, and respond to, whether I was awake or asleep… or even dead… Edward. ~Bella
I raised the hand that wasn't wrapped around Edward's waist and reached out to touch her. She mimicked the movement exactly, mirrored it. But where our fingers should have met, there was nothing but cold glass…
With a dizzying jolt, my dream abruptly became a nightmare.
There was no Gran.
That was me. Me in a mirror. Me–ancient, creased, and withered. ~Bella
Now watch it again around 00:20 mark.
My HUGE question is if Bella hits/smacks Paul and nothing happens to her pretty little hand then doesn't that omit the passages in the book Eclipse? Still don't follow? Ok here are parts of Eclipse:
I smacked his shoulder. It hurt my hand. “Jacob Black, don’t you ever do that again! Promise me you won’t.” Chapter 6 pg. 74 (I think)
I pulled my arm back and then let it snap forward, punching him in the mouth with as much power as I could force out of my body. There was a crunching sound.
“Ow!OW! ” I screamed, frantically hopping up and down in agony while I clutched my hand to my chest. It was broken, I could feel it.
Jacob stared at me in shock. “Are you all right?”
“No, dammit!You broke my hand! ” Chapter 15 pg. 189 (I think)
So both times she felt pain in hitting Jacob, but she felt no pain smacking Paul? You know she had to hit him pretty hard. It looks like it, anyway. New Moon goof or storyline change? I'd love to see your comments on this one.
“You really, honestly don’t mind that I morph into a giant dog?” - Jacob Black
“Vampires don’t count as people.” - Jacob Black
“I’m sort of used to weird by this point, you know.” - Bella Swan
“Bye, Bella. I really hope you don’t die.” Jacob Black
“Leave it to you, Bella. Anyone else would be better off when the vampires left town. But you have to start hanging out with the first monsters you can find.” - Alice Cullen
“What did you think you were going to find? I mean, besides me dead? Did you expect to find me skipping around and whistling showtunes? You know me better than that.” - Bella Swan

"One of the few scenes that translates into the movie is Bella's dream sequence in which she sees Edward, "lovely and forever seventeen" as Meyer wrote, and herself as an old woman. Translating that into screenplay terms was a matter of "just paring down," according to Rosenberg. But the screenwriter had to interpret the book for a visual medium, which was why she decided to make Edward's voice in Bella's head and make it visual. The introduction of the "apparition" would become emotional and visual underpinning for one of the major story points. In the novel, Edward's warning voice echoes in Bella's head during a night in the Town of Port Angeles, when she walks past four young men (recalling another Port Angeles visit in Twilight when four men threatened her). For the screenplay, Rosenberg gave those four men some motorcycles. "this Was the first moment that the apparition of Edward the protector comes forward and, for cinematic reasons, it needed to be a more significant moment; it was not enough for her to just walk up to these guys, we wanted Bella to do something dangerous," Rosenberg explained. "I added the motorcycles, because she does this reckless thing and rides on one of the motorcycles, but motorcycles will also become an important part of her relationship with Jacob. It works really well because the motorcycles from Port Angeles stay in her head, as that was the situation that pushed Edward to appear. It's a visual touchstone" -Mark Gotta Vez
Ohhhh!!!!! I get it now you totally added a scene that's not in the book so Bella's reason for choosing the bikes later on make more sense than just, "hmm let me find something reckless....oh look some old motorbikes, they look dangerous. Maybe if I can get them to work and try to kill myself somehow Edward will appear!" Nice touch there Rosenberg. So now it will be a kind of, "Oh motorbikes! Last time I rode one, Edward showed up...if I get them fixed he'll show up again!" I bet Stephanie Meyer probably smacked her forehead and said "that makes totally more sense than the crap I wrote!" Don't worry Steph we still love your version too. - SilverBullet
The moment is so close I can taste it!!!!! YUMM......

""On a movie of this scope, you want someone who understands action and stunts and special effects, but that is secondary to someone who understands emotion and story" Giallian Bohrer explained. "Chris (Weitz) has made emotional movies, and he knows, on a technical level, how to work with effects, because he made The Golden Compass...Chris is a very focused, decisive, calm person who stepped into something with very little time. I never once heard him raise his voice. With everything being thrown at him, he just took it all in and figured it out.""Erik Feig and I both knew Chris Weitz had a comfort level with him," add Wyck Godfrey. "he's a writer and a director who understands character and has adapted literature, so remaining faithful to a book is just part of his genetic makeup. Secondly he could handle the siz of this movie and its visual effects demands, like he had done in The GoldenCompass"" - Mark Gotta Voz
He was a perfect choice as we all can tell by the snippets that have trickled from the top. The visuals and the characters stand out just as much as they do in the book. I for one am glad that he was chosen and agreed to do this movie. Could you have pictured anyone else directing this movie now? I can't. Bravo Chris, from what we have seen you have done a wonderful job of taking the world we have pictured in our minds and put it on film gracefully. *Standing O with a round of applause* - Silverbullet
"The production demands of adapting New Moon were considerable. In the story, fresh prominence is given to Jacob Black, the young native Quileute who helps Bella start to ignore the emotional space left by Edward's absence, and who is also revealed as one of a pack of shape-shifting wolves. Bella is harassed by the vengeful vampires of Twilight, Laurent and Victoria, and ultimately journeys to Italy to save Edward and face the Volturi, the ancient society of vampires that govern the shadowy vampire world. During their separation, Bella hears Edward's voice in her head whenever she is in danger, but in the movie Edward manifests as a visual "apparition". All these plotlines and story points would require extensive computer graphics (CG) and digital visual effects work.....the guiding light for New Moon was to make everything as real as possible. "One of the most lauded aspects of Stephanie Meyer's books is their realism" Godfery noted. "You have vampires, but even then, they go to high school! So, to shoot New Moon like 300 (movie) wouldn't work for the audience who loves the books. We couldn't have done Italy on stage, we had to go to a real location to have that square that's described in the novel. A stage set wouldn't have given us that same sense of reality, or given the audience the feeling of being taken to a place they'd never been before." - Mark Gotta Vaz.
I believe that as well, when most movies are done, the one's that are shot on location suck you in more than something computerized. The more realistic the more you feel like you're there with these characters. When you watch this movie and you walk with Bella and Edward throught the woods and he tells her "goodbye" you almost want to reach out and smack him and say, "what the heck is you're problem you love her, she loves you, get over it!" When you see Bella's journey to the meadow and confront Laurent, you want to pull her with you and run the other way. Realism is GREAT!!! Realism makes you feel like you're a part of the movie, whether you're Bella, or you're watching it from right next to her or from the movie theater. - Silverbullet
