3. If a window like this comes up, you're on the right path:

In other words, if you have a GOOGLE, AIM or a YAHOO ACCOUNT, you just have to click where the arrows are pointing. If you don't have any of these email accounts, then just click on the "Create a new Google account" link to create one. It's free and simple! (See below picture).

5. From here on out, all you have to do is follow the instructions given by Blogger.
