Day 2 Of The 20 Days Of New Moon!!!!

I love the beginning of this, clearly the age of Bella is an issue in the Cullen family. Emmett's comment is meant as a joke but Edward clearly knows how bella feels at that moment about being older so he gives Emmett the "Really? So not funny right now man" look. And Bella's "truck' comment? Priceless.

Although Catherine Hardwicke was not asked to be the director of the scond film she was praised highly for her "amazing foundation" of the saga.

"The development is about figuring out how to put a movie together. From a filmmaker's point of view, you need to know you have the raw material, and Catherine gave us an amazing foundation.We have an amazing cast, which Cathrine put together. She was a vital part of getting this going"

She was indeed, even though many, including me, have thought that Twilight should be remade. But in all honesty I probably wouldn't want it changed much. It was the beginning, what made us all more hooked on the saga. Catherine had a great way of viewing things. She wanted to have winter and she got it. Everything looked cold, winter-like. I loved what Catherine thought Edward should look like, minus the long hair of course. Her choice for the cast was perfectly made in my opinion. The reason why many think it should be remade was because this second movie is brighter more earthy, but thats how it should be, considering it has to do with mythical creatures that blend in with the woods. Thank you Catherine hardwicke for getting me into The Twilght Saga. - Silverbullet
